How Can I Get Sharepod To Work With My Ipod Touch 4 And Windows 7

I have an iPod Touch 4, my PC has Windows 7, and I can’t get it to work. I get an error window that says SharePod can’t find an iPod attached to the PC. I tried contacting the developer with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work?
