I purchased a new Gateway desktop computer with the Intel i3 with the new Windows 7 OS. I have been trying to find a way that would allow me to close the CD/DVD tray from the desktop. I have no problem opening the CD/DVD tray when I access computer then click to highlight the CD/DVD drive device then right click the mouse and it brings up the Eject tab which opens the CD/DVD tray.
However, there isn’t any tab showing how to close the CD/DVD tray. Anyone have any suggestions please? If there is a way by all means please advise and make it simple to comprehend.
Thanks,
Ron
